Do you supply stores or offer any discount?

Katy Sue Designs considers wholesale accounts only from selected territories. We are no longer opening wholesale accounts in the UK, USA or Canada.

If you are an international retailer in a county not listed above and wish to be considered for a wholesale account, please email wholesale@katysuedesigns.com 

Can we visit your premises?

Unfortunately we are not a store and our premises are not open to the public.

Do my details get passed on?

No, we have a privacy policy and all details are kept in accordance with the data protection act.

How do I buy the special offer I saw in a magazine?

If you have one of our promotional codes, please enter it the promotional code box in the promotional offers section. You can access promotional offers from our home page.

Is Flower Soft suitable for Scrap Books?

Flower Soft is great on srap books and creates a unique look for your pages. Flower Soft is also acid free, but some lighter colours may change over time.

Is the online shopping facility safe?

The site uses a secure server and all details are 128-bit encrypted to ensure your personal data is protected. The padlock on your browser or shown at the bottom of the page indicates the shopping cart is in a secure area.

What is your delivery policy?

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

 We want you to enjoy your purchase from Katy Sue Designs. If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you can return your order by post within 30 days of the purchase date.
